Photos and User-Provided Content

The App allows users to upload photos for clothing analysis and personal wardrobe organization.

1. Temporary Analysis Photos

• Users may upload photos for automated outfit or clothing analysis.
• These photos are processed temporarily to generate analysis results.
• These photos are not stored by the App after processing unless the user explicitly saves them.

2. Closet Photos

• Users may optionally upload photos to save clothing items in their personal closet within the App.
• These images are stored so the user can manage their wardrobe.
• If a photo includes the user wearing the clothing, the image may include the user's face as part of the photo.
• The App does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or identity verification.
• Images are used solely to provide the features requested by the user.

Device and Usage Information

The App may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• App usage data
• Diagnostic information

This information helps improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the security of the App.

How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

• provide clothing and outfit analysis
• allow users to create and manage a digital wardrobe
• improve the quality and performance of the App
• maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell user data.

Biometric Information

The App does not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers, including facial recognition data, face geometry, fingerprints, or voiceprints.

Photos that may include a user's face are stored only as standard images uploaded by the user and are not used to identify individuals.

Data Storage and Security

Photos saved by users in their closet are stored securely and associated only with that user's account.

Photos submitted only for analysis and not saved by the user are not retained after processing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party service providers to support functionality such as:

• AI-based image analysis

These providers process information only to perform services on behalf of the App and are contractually required to protect user data.

User Control

Users may:

• delete photos stored in their closet
• remove items from their wardrobe
• delete their account and associated stored data

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
