1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using this application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This agreement is between you and The Devvy Dev, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-powered fashion insights, outfit analysis, and wardrobe management tools. Recommendations are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. AI Disclaimer

The App uses automated systems to generate fashion advice.

• Results may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
• Advice is subjective and not professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information

We do not guarantee outcomes, including appearance, style improvement, or purchasing decisions.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 In-App Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

4.3 Managing Subscriptions

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase

4.4 Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4.5 Billing

• All payments are processed through your Apple ID account
• We do not have access to your payment information

4.6 Refunds

• All purchases are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

5. User Content

You may upload photos, including images of clothing and yourself.

By uploading content, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content to operate, improve, and provide the App

You agree not to upload:

• Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Content that infringes on others' rights
• Images of others without permission

We may remove content at our discretion.

6. Facial Data & Sensitive Content

If you upload images that include your face:

• You consent to processing of facial features for analysis and recommendations
• This data is handled according to our Privacy Policy

7. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

9. Intellectual Property

All App content and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by The Devvy Dev and protected by law.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers (e.g., AI services, cloud storage). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy of AI-generated advice
• Availability or reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Devvy Dev is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Decisions made based on App recommendations
• Loss of data, content, or access

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Virginia.
