You can request deletion of your Luca app account and the data associated with it using either method below.
This removes your session on the device and clears local app data. We also process deletion of your cloud-stored account data.
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address tied to your Luca account:
Or email admin@thedevvydev.com with the subject line Delete my Luca account and include the email address you used to sign up.
When your account is deleted, we delete data associated with your account, including:
Deleting your Luca account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Please cancel your subscription before or after requesting account deletion:
We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business needs, such as fraud prevention, security, or tax and payment record-keeping. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
In-app deletion begins immediately on your device. Cloud account deletion is typically completed within 30 days of your request. Email requests are processed after we verify that you own the account.
